Dr. Facilier is my upmost favorite Disney villain of all time!! So it would only be right for me to transform into him for this challenge xD Last year I watched Princess and the Frog with my boyfriend who never saw it and told him I would be Dr. Facilier outta all of the characters...and he was shocked. I wanna do more of these b/c it was really fun!!~ Like the next one I would do was my favorite one before Facilier.

Unicorn Child~

This is my son Korrin, he's probably one of my longest lasting characters (made in 2013) that I continue to fiddle with. Korrin is a young unicorn boy who has magical powers, and he mainly uses them for medical purposes. In the past he didn't have a ghost accompanying him, but...because I want to combine some of my characters he does now. He's a pretty melancholy unicorn--who used to be happy--and his color palette serves as an ironic symbol for it.

Aigoooo...I really want to continue doing his story one day, esp. since it's all planned out. I think it's just character creation and illustrating them that stopped me from posting and continuing it.

P.S. I looooooovvvvveeee unicorns sooo much!! And plan on doing more than one unicorn drawing this much. Don't know what they'll be, but I will let my mind go free!~ c: Hehehe that rhymed.

Nighty Night~

Dear goodness I need to start going to bed early b/c I still have classes for one more week /\
But I'm so happy it's June b/c it's #Junicorn2017!!! And I love unicorns and wanted an excuse to pull out my old oc w/the strangest story ~
This morning I searched to see if anyone  made a prompt for June and if it involved unicorns and luckily someone did ^v^~
Can't wait to finish him...not sure if those colors will work for him though but it would serve as some major irony xD
As this month progresses more of his story will be revealed through little sketches...but for here I'll just post wips of em and then one big compilation. ~
P.S. he did appear on my Twitter a while ago as part of a painting, but his designs changed so much since then...or the little of it that was seen. Oki good night /\

Echoes~

Echoes is a project I am currently working on. It started off as a role-playing scenario with my friend or now boyfriend because I wanted to play Yu-Gi-Oh with him, but with an interesting twist. So I created a couple of decks that were inspired by characters who had a story for each of them. Though the main character changed from a girl name Violet to two, one by the name of Dara, and the other being Rune.

Later on the story changed from being based off of Yu-Gi-Oh to having their own universe and story. But I still want to make a short animation about them playing Yu-Gi-Oh! together because that is where the inspiration came from.

I thought it was time I posted this because it was up back in March but I took it down b/c I wasn't ready to commit to it I guess you could say. As well as, I used this story as part of my college applications. c:

Because the story got really complicated and deep in lore, I created Salem, Serenity, and April Juniper to help clarify some confusing things in Echoes~. Especially because when I had others read my story, the Deities part got a little confusing for them. ><

P.S. One day I'll post the story to Echoes online once the story develops further. But, if you're interested, part of the information for it is on my Instagram @swaddlestea, along with two other characters that are in it.

Milk Carton Doodles~

For my best friends birthday back in February, I mad her  milk carton stickers of her favorite things. Why milk cartons? Well, when I met her back in 8th grad she would always have a carton of milk at lunch, and that always stood out to me. Just like my bowls of ramen stood out to her (which is how we became friends). xD But um...the stickers are of her favorite villager Elvis from Animal Crossing New Leaf, Kumamon, Rilakkuma, her favorite kakao animal/sticker Ryan the Lion (which was a hint towards her present, Gallant (she guessed his sticker immediately after Ryan...which surprised me o.o), and Rap Monster from BTS (another hint towards her other present). It was really fun making these, and I also made other ones, but those are on my Twitter.~

P.S. I always forget to post on here but each time my friend asks me for art I remember to do so...so I can give him this blog link next time xD
